Rolf Kooijman nominated as CFO at KAS BANK

As of 1 January 2009 R. (Rolf) J. Kooijman RA (1961) will be appointed as Chief Financial Officer of KAS BANK N.V. At this moment Mr. Kooijman is Director Group Finance & Control at Delta Lloyd Group in Amsterdam.

With this appointment the Managing Board of KAS BANK will be at full strengths again.

After he started his career in auditing, Mr. Kooijman worked for the Nederlandsche Credietverzekering Maatschappij (Gerling NCM) and the last five years at Delta Lloyd Group. He gained a lot of experience in the area of finance & control, risk management and internationalization.

The appointment is subject to approval of the Dutch Central Bank.
